How to join the team
The team is built from the ground up: you help first, you get permissions after. The steps below are not titles, they are amounts of responsibility.
The steps
You do not have to go through them in order, but almost everyone starts at the first: a person in chat tells you more than an application does.
- 01
Helperthe first step
- Answers newcomers in Discord and in the game chat.
- Handles the simple things, passes the rest up — with the nickname, the build and the time.
- Has almost no in-game permissions: a helper works with knowledge of the builds and patience.
- 02
Moderatororder in chat and in game
- Watches chat and behaviour, issues punishments strictly by the rules.
- Works through reports and keeps tickets going until there is an answer, not until there is silence.
- Every punishment is explained by a rule, not by a mood.
- 03
Head moderatorthe senior on shift
- Disputed punishments and appeals.
- Conflicts inside the team.
- Training new moderators and helpers.
- 04
Curatorowns a whole build
- Keeps the state of their build in their head: who is online, what is broken, what to fix first.
- The link between players and the people who edit mods and configs.
- Prepares wipes and seasons: what resets, what carries over, what gets announced in advance.
- 05
Administratoraccess to the servers
- The technical side: servers, the panel, deployment, working through crashes.
- Answers for what happens to player data.
- Permissions are granted at the minimum needed, and every action in the panel is visible.
For content creators
A separate story, not a step: streamers and video makers are not part of the team and get no in-game permissions.
Who we look forStreams and videos about our builds — on Twitch, YouTube, TikTok or wherever suits you. That you actually play matters more than the size of your audience; a one-off review for a reward does not.
What you getTerms are agreed individually: they depend on the platform and on what you do. We are not going to invent a common price list.
What mattersDo not present yourself as the project team, and do not promise your viewers anything we have not agreed with you.
How to apply
Open a support ticket and say which role. Keep it short and to the point; two pages do not read any faster.
- Your nickname and ageThe nickname you play under. We ask about age for a reason: some of these roles mean settling other people’s conflicts.
- How much time you can giveHonestly. "Three hours every day" and "a couple of evenings a week" both work; a promise you cannot keep does not.
- What you have doneExperience on other projects, if any. If none, say so: helpers are taken without it.
- Which build is yoursThe one you play and understand. There is no curator without a build of their own.
- How to reach youDiscord or Telegram. The answer comes back where the application came from.
What will not happen
- A role is not for sale and is not given for a donation. Not for any amount.
- A role grants no advantage in game: no items, no currency, no access to other people’s things.
- Permissions are granted at the minimum the work needs. A moderator does not need the server console and will not get it.
- Abuse of permissions costs the role immediately and without discussion, and every action in the panel is on record.
