Who processes the data

What data we collect

At sign-up — the nickname, the e-mail address, the password hash. The password itself is not stored and cannot be recovered.
When you join a game — the IP address, the device identifier (HWID), the session time. These are needed to stop ban evasion and account theft.
On purchase — the transaction id, the amount, the contents of the order. Payment details never reach us: they are handled by Tebex Limited as the seller of the digital content.
In game — game progress, chat messages, actions related to moderation.
When visiting the site — technical web server logs.

What for

So the account works: signing in to the launcher, the servers and the shop.
To deliver what was paid for and to look into disputed purchases.
To enforce the rules: investigating violations, bans, appeals.
To keep things safe: protection against password guessing and ban evasion.

How long we keep it

Account data — for as long as the account exists.
Login logs and HWID — ___ months.
Purchase history — for the period required by accounting rules.
Game chat and moderation logs — ___ months.

Who we share it with

We do not sell data. It is shared only with processors the service cannot run without: the payment platform Tebex Limited, the hosting provider ___, the service that sends transactional mail ___, and where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, delete the account, restrict processing or withdraw consent. Requests go to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU you also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority of your country.

Deleting an account is irreversible: game progress, the coin balance and purchases are not restored.

Children

The service is not intended for children under ___. If such data has reached us by mistake, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes
