Terms of sale

The terms for buying coins and virtual content.

1. The parties

The Achilora project is operated by ___ (name, registration number, address). The seller of the digital content is Tebex Limited — it takes the payment, acts as the tax agent and handles refunds and payment disputes.

2. What you are buying

What you buy are coins, the internal unit of account of the project, and the virtual content bought with them: cosmetics, skins, the season pass and similar decorative items.

Coins are not money, electronic money or property.
Coins cannot be exchanged for money, withdrawn or transferred between accounts.
A purchase gives no advantage in gameplay — that is a requirement of the Mojang licence agreement, which we follow.
A purchase does not exempt you from the project rules.

3. When the order is fulfilled

The obligation is fulfilled at the moment the coins are credited to the account. Crediting happens automatically once the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.

By placing an order you agree to the immediate supply of digital content and confirm that you have been informed of the loss of the right to withdraw once it has been supplied — to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Refunds

Coins already delivered, and what was bought with them, are non-refundable.
Buyers in the EU and the UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal, unless it has been lost under clause 3. The request is made through Tebex as the seller.
If crediting fails for technical reasons, write to support — we will look into it and credit the coins.

5. Payment reversal

Starting a chargeback instead of writing to support is treated as bad faith and leads to the account being blocked and the purchases withdrawn. Coins taken back may push the balance below zero.

6. Ending the service

The project may change the content on offer and its price, and may shut down an individual server or the project as a whole. What happens to unspent coins in that case: ___.

7. Limitation of liability

The liability of the project is limited to the amount paid by the buyer over the last ___ months. Governing law and dispute resolution: ___.
